  • Bethesda Project

This program provides emergency shelters, transitional and long-term housing for Philadelphia's homeless population. One ministry of the Bethesda Project is the constant need of useable towels, toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste, etc.), men's new underwear (sizes M, L and XL) and twin flat white sheets. These items allow the homeless to shower, freshen up and change into clean undergarments. It gives them a fresh start and lends dignity to their person. If you would like to participate, donations of the listed items can be placed in the designated container found in the church vestibule.
